Refund Policy

If we cannot produce your report

Report generation is automatic and starts as soon as payment clears. If the run fails and we cannot produce a report for your URL after retrying, we refund you in full — no need to ask, though you are welcome to.

If the report was delivered

Because the report is a digital deliverable generated specifically for your site and consumed on delivery, we do not offer refunds once it has been produced and emailed. Please read the “Who it’s for” and sample report before buying.

Wrong URL or typo

If you submitted the wrong URL, email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will run the correct site instead at no charge, provided the wrong run was not a legitimate audit of a different business.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same site by mistake, we refund the duplicate immediately.
